2026 SWEETWATER COUNTY SHERIFF VACANCY

SELECTION PROCESS

 

The Chairman of the Sweetwater County Republican Party has called a special meeting to fulfill the party's role in selecting three qualified names to present to the Sweetwater County Board of County Commissioner from which they will appoint someone to temporarily fill the unexpired term in the office of Sweetwater County Sheriff.

The meeting will be held on June 13, 2026, at 9:00am, at Western Wyoming Community College, located at 1 College Way in Green River, Wyoming.
