Clerk of District Court Selection Meeting

This is an official reminder that the Sweetwater County Republican Central Committee will meet on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Western Wyoming Community College in Green River.

A vacancy has occurred in the elected office of Clerk of District Court, and Wyoming law requires an appointment to fill the remainder of the term. As part of the statutory process, the Central Committee will select three qualified Republican applicants whose names will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration.

🕘 9:00 AM – Meet and greet with candidates

🕙 10:00 AM – Meeting called to order

📍 John Wesley Powell Room, WWCC Green River

Committee members may submit questions for candidates during the meet‑and‑greet. Candidate application materials will be available prior to the meeting.

If you cannot attend, proxies will be accepted. Proxies must be assigned to a registered Republican residing in your precinct.
